Engineers Australia: create

Engineers Australia (EA) had a problem to nut out. A not-for-profit comprised of diverse colleges and institutes, their audiences hailed from every kind of field of engineering – civil and mechanical, electrical and chemical. What’s more, they wanted to expand their audience further, appealing to a younger demographic of ambitious, STEM-curious minds, who would lead Australian engineering into the future.

‘Impress us’, EA asked the design world, putting out a quote request. I took up the challenge and got their attention – and the job. I redesigned the Engineers Australia monthly print magazine Create, while helping launch a new digital platform. The outcome of the project was an incredible success, with Engineers Australia reporting a significantly improved brand perception since.
